TERMS
Terms of use.
The basic rules for authorized and responsible use of Connect.
Effective 26 September 2026. By creating an account or using Connect, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Authorized access only
You may use Connect only with computers, accounts and data that you own or are authorized to access. You must not use the service to gain unauthorized access, monitor people unlawfully, distribute malware, evade security controls or interfere with other systems.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, choosing appropriate attended or unattended policies, and promptly removing access that is no longer authorized. Do not share a single named account where separate accountability is required.
Plans and payments
Paid features and capacities depend on the selected plan and confirmed payment. Prices, billing period and renewal behavior are shown before checkout. Payment processing is provided by PayPal under its applicable terms. Refund or dispute activity may suspend the associated license while it is reviewed.
Software and updates
CompX grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Connect for its intended purpose during the applicable license period. Features may require compatible and current controller and Agent versions. Do not reverse engineer, bypass access restrictions or redistribute the software except where law expressly permits it.
Availability and responsibility
Remote access depends on internet connectivity, supported operating systems and correctly configured endpoint computers. Maintain backups and an alternative way to reach critical systems. Preview components and stated limitations should not be relied on for unsupported security-sensitive workflows.
Suspension and contact
CompX may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, address payment problems or comply with law. Questions can be sent to dvir.berebi@compx-it.com.
This operational draft should be reviewed and completed by qualified legal counsel before broad commercial launch, including governing-law, warranty, liability and business-identification provisions.
