Prices are in USD and billed once for 12 months. A license activates only after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Automatic renewal is not enabled in this release.

How does billing work?
Starter is $72 per year. Business is $99 per concurrent connection per year, with the quantity selected at checkout. Enterprise is quoted individually. Checkout is completed securely through PayPal; eligible buyers may also be offered debit or credit card checkout by PayPal.
When does my license activate?
Email verification creates the account in Pending payment status. Connect activates the computers and concurrent connections only after a server-to-server payment verification succeeds.
What is included in each plan?
Starter includes up to 5 enrolled computers and one concurrent connection. Business includes up to 25 enrolled computers and the purchased number of concurrent connections. Enterprise terms are prepared individually.
Can a customer see another customer’s computers?
Customer accounts are scoped to their own organization. Platform administrators can view and manage all organizations.
Which computers can I connect to?
The current Agent supports a signed-in Windows desktop. Connect using the Windows app, Android app or web viewer. Native iOS, iPadOS and macOS apps are not currently available.
How do I enable unattended access?
Choose unattended access in the deployment settings. An authorized person must also explicitly approve it locally during enrollment on the target computer. It is not a way to bypass Windows sign-in or locked screens.
