RemoteHub is in pilot release. Creating an account does not process a payment or constitute a paid subscription. Capacity is measured by enrolled computers, not a promise of concurrent sessions.

How does billing work?
Prices are in USD and shown as monthly equivalents for annual billing: $72 per year for Starter and $99 per user per year for Business. Enterprise is quoted individually. Online checkout is not yet enabled. CompX confirms the order, applicable taxes and billing terms before any payment.
What is included in each plan?
The current plans use the same pilot applications and core management features. They differ by enrolled-computer capacity: 5, 25 or 100. Commercial support terms are agreed separately.
Can a customer see another customer’s computers?
Customer accounts are scoped to their own organization. Platform administrators can view and manage all organizations.
Which computers can I connect to?
The current Agent supports a signed-in Windows desktop. Connect using the Windows app, Android app or web viewer. Native iOS, iPadOS and macOS apps are not currently available.
How do I enable unattended access?
Choose unattended access in the deployment settings. An authorized person must also explicitly approve it locally during enrollment on the target computer. It is not a way to bypass Windows sign-in or locked screens.
