Service update 0.29.3 · File transfer restored

The relay now accepts the Agent's serialized empty optional fields, so opening File Transfer loads the remote drives instead of ending the remote-control session with “Session unavailable”. The existing Windows 0.23.1 and Agent 0.24 downloads already contain the required File Transfer components; no reinstall is required for this server-side correction.

Fixes organization selection when creating enrollment codes, enforces attended SOS support, and disconnects a controller session when its window is closed. Minimize keeps the connection active. Automated regression and local installation checks passed; customer workflow verification is still pending.

Choose your Windows installation

The main Windows button opens the existing, approved Connect Remote Desktop by CompX listing in Microsoft Store. The alternative direct EXE and the ZIP bundle are separate website builds and are not yet code-signed. Store approval does not sign those files.

Before you install

These are pilot releases. Windows installers are not yet code-signed, so Windows may show an unknown-publisher or SmartScreen warning. Verify that your download comes from this site; do not disable Windows security protections.

The Android APK is a pilot build distributed directly, not a Google Play release. Machine-wide unattended Agent installations can remain available through sign-out and the Windows pre-login desktop. Secure Ctrl+Alt+Del requires Agent 0.24.3 and a full-control unattended session.
