PRIVACY
Privacy notice.
How Connect handles information when you create an account, manage computers, pay for a plan or open a remote session.
Effective 26 September 2026. Connect is provided by CompX. This notice covers the Connect website, Control Center, Windows and Android controllers, and Windows Agent.
Information we process
We process account and organization details such as company name, name, email address, password verifier, language, plan and license status. We also process enrolled-computer details, including the display name, Windows device name, organization and group, operating-system information, network addresses, online state and connection activity.
During an active session, screen images, keyboard and pointer commands, chat, clipboard items and requested file-transfer data are transmitted as needed to provide the service. Connection, security and diagnostic records may include account, device, time, result and technical metadata.
Payments and communications
PayPal processes checkout and payment details under its own privacy terms. Connect receives transaction identifiers, status, amount and plan information needed to activate or suspend a license; CompX does not receive the full payment-card number. Microsoft services may be used to deliver account emails.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, isolate organizations, enroll devices, authorize and operate sessions, provide billing and support, prevent abuse, diagnose faults and comply with legal obligations. We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, security, accounting and dispute handling.
Your choices
You can disable unattended access on the target computer, disconnect a session, remove saved controller credentials, and contact us about access, correction or deletion of account information. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, payment, tax or legal purposes.
Contact
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to dvir.berebi@compx-it.com. Connect is intended for business and adult users and is not directed to children.
This operational notice should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before broad commercial launch.
